Vocational training
From the very beginning of the company’s lifespan – coming from the professional vocational background of the owner as well – the practical education of vocational students always played a significant role. The local welder, cutting machine operator, industrial mechanic and metalworker students often contact us to be participating in professional trainings with us. Due to the professional past and the good personal and professional relations in the region a close cooperation has been established between the enterprise and the vocational schools during the years.
Internal trainings
The internal qualification is crucial in the constant development of the company. Our colleagues have the opportunity to take part in different trainings and events in order to step forward in their professional and personal progression. Such technical courses are the forklift driver or the lifting equipment operator trainings. We intend to support the pleasant atmosphere and the good relationship between the co-workers by organizing not only professional courses but personal events as well.
